Making a beautiful and stylish Sunday dress my little girl (Niece) the step by step process.
Hello needlework.
Happy peaceful weekend to us all, I hope we all had blessed day ahead, nice to meet you all here again, so I'm here today to this beautiful post with you all and it's about the step I carried in making this beautiful and stylish Sunday dress for my little baby girl (Niece) the step by step process.

I wanted to make something so beautiful for my little niece during the Christmas time as a Christmas gift to her, due to the financial problem that I went through that period so I couldn't fulfill the promise, since I still have it in my mind and she's the kind of kid that doesn't forget promise, she will remind you of that thing every time she sees you, so she keep on remaining me, so they came to visit me last Sunday so I didn't even have in mind to make the dress for her I was very shocked when she called me Aunty, I answered her thinking she want to asked me something hmmm.... She said Aunty I want to wear that cloth this Sunday ooooh..... I said which clothes pretending like I don't know and she said the one you promise to give me on Christmas, we all knows how children behave, I was so intouch of it, so I went to the market with one of my client that wanted a beautiful bell lace to sew for her children and luckily we found this brown color and it was so beautiful.
We bought about 8 yards of it, with bridal and normal lining.

So i used only one yard for my niece and keep the remaining for my client, I started searching for the style online and I found this beautiful style and so i decided to sew for her.

The cutting process.
I start cutting out the down part which is the 360 flare, so I use the bridal and cut it, after that I placed it on the lace and cut it out then top stitched the two sides and the waste side down then I drafted v on the lace and cut it out.

After finishing with the down part I used the bridal and started cutting the half length part, so I folded the bridal by two, I took her half length and I cut the front divided her shoulder by two and took her body and chest measurements then I cut it out, so I place the front part on the bridal on fold then I added 1.5 for zipper allowance then I cut out the back neck and cut the body too, after that I moved to the front part again, I used the lace and I placed the front one that has been cut and placed on the lace I added 1 inch for the front opening so I went and turned them with facing after that I placed it on the bridal one and make a lapel opening and pin it down.

I went and iron it properly then I top stitched the shoulder the body and the down part on it.
So I placed the back side that was already been cutting out with bridal and cut it out then I went and turned it as facing, I now joined the front and the back shoulder together and joined the body to her normal measurement.

So I then picked up the flare down part and close the back zipper part then I joined it with the half length party then put in the zip to it.

So I now used the bridal and cut out the two sides sleeves then I joined it by pleating it carefully and pleat the down hem part then I cut out the bridal pieces and bind the down hem careful..

I then went and weave the down hem part and bold the buttons and tag the boo at the front then I tag the buttons on the front part.
Here is the outcome of it.

The outcome was so beautiful, I didn't know the style will be this nice, my little niece was so excited with it, my step sister was so excited seeing the outcome this beautiful and the color look so nice on her skin, so my client that bought this lace for her children like the style so much and she asked me to change the style she choose for children and give two of them this same style, I hope you like the style too.
