POULTRY FARM, PLANNING AND SPENDING OUT OF BUDGET.

I want to use this medium to greet all great Hivers. How has been your day so far, hope you are all doing good? I'm positive minded that it's all well and fine.

Whatever business you are involved in, there is always a financial plan over the cost of production before you start putting your production on sales. Financial planning is very important because it gives you clue on what you are working, also gives vast knowledge on how to plan your business or how to make your business plan perfect. Marketing in poultry farm business is the determinant of how your planning and budget would be.

PLANNING.

Planning is the means of making sure that your objectives, goals and aims are well prepared towards. In other words, to achieve these set up goals, objective and aims one needs proper planning in order for these things to go as planned. So, when we planning in the poultry farm, it deals with so many things ranging from the financial planning of the business, management planning, biosecurity planning for the birds, back up planning, advertisment planning, maintenance planning, back up planning and many of them.

In addition, when all these aforementioned planning are not put in place, these may serves as cog in the wheel of the business. Most especially when the advertisement planning is not well handled, this may make all what have been planned to be jeopardized because advertisement planning comes to work at the latter end of the business. If your assignment is not done well on advertisement, where you are unable to sell your birds when the feeding is efficient, this might leads to farmer spending out of budget.

SPENDING OUT OF BUDGET.

This last part talks about "spending out of budget" and this happens when you couldn't sell your birds at an appropriate time, then what happen next? You will want to continue feeding these birds to maintain their weight and keep them in good and maximum shape till you are able to sell them. This is one of the main challenges that we are facing as poultry Farmers. And by the time you start spending out of budget, you will discover that you already cutting back or cutting down your gain or profit because you are spending out of budget on the birds when the feeding is no longer efficient on them(they consume more and add up less weight).
