At the end of August is the last summer month in my country. will have dear guests, my friends who live in another city. friendship that has proven itself over the years.
I have a good reason to prepare a holiday meal. this will show that they are special to me, but I would like the meal to be a surprise for them.
I know well what they like to eat.
Pork, which is used in Bulgarian cuisine in countless ways.
I could prepare it quickly and easily,but I decided to take more time and attention and prepare it in a special way.
For this purpose I used pork neck meat without bone.
I gathered ingredients that I have used in the preparation of various dishes, and the end result was a big surprise for myself, because I was preparing it for the first time.
Products needed:
- 6 pcs. / pork neck steaks
- 6 pcs 6 6 / onion
- 400 g / emmental cheese
- 100 g / white wine
- 400 g / mayonnaise
- 40 g / mustard
- 40 g / oil
- 3 bay leaves
Method of preparation:
- Put three tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and seal the steaks for two minutes.
- Remove them to a baking dish.
- Add the mayonnaise and mustard to the sealed steaks
- Add the chopped onion to the pan and fry gently,for 2 -3 minutes.
- Cover the steaks with it in the baking dish.
- Add the white wine and the emmental cheese.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until done.
Serve with salad if desired.
The end result is fantastic,try it!

Saludos a todos los consumidores y aficionados a las comidas, aperitivos y postres deliciosamente preparados.
El final de agosto es el último mes de verano en mi país. Tendré invitados queridos, mis amigos que viven en otra ciudad. una amistad que se ha demostrado a lo largo de los años.
Tengo una buena razón para preparar una comida festiva. demostrará que son especiales para mí, pero me gustaría que la comida fuera una sorpresa para ellos.
Sé bien lo que les gusta comer.
La carne de cerdo, que se utiliza en la cocina búlgara de innumerables maneras.
Puedo prepararla de forma rápida y sencilla, pero decidí dedicarle más tiempo y atención y prepararla de forma especial.
Para ello he utilizado carne de cuello de cerdo sin hueso.
Reuní ingredientes que he utilizado en la preparación de varios platos, y el resultado final fue una gran sorpresa para mí mismo porque lo preparaba por primera vez.
Ingredientes necesarios:
- 6 uds. / filetes de cuello de cerdo
- 6 uds. 6 / cebollas
- 400 g / de queso emmental
- 100 g / vino blanco
- 400 g / mayonesa
- 40 g / mostaza
- 40 g / aceite
- 3 hojas de laurel
Método de preparación:
- Poner tres cucharadas de aceite en una sartén y sellar los filetes durante dos minutos.
- Retirarlos a una fuente de horno.
- Añadir la mayonesa y la mostaza a los filetes sellados.
- Añade la cebolla picada a la sartén y fríela ligeramente durante 2 -3 minutos.
- Cubrir los filetes con ella en la fuente de horno.
- Añadir el vino blanco y el queso emmental.
- Asar en el horno hasta que estén hechos.
Servir con ensalada si se desea.
El resultado final es fantástico, pruébelo.!
