Hoy les comparto la realizacion de este energizante y vitaminico jugo llamado comunmente 3 en 1. aqui va la preparacion

LOS INGREDIENTES

Pelo las naranjas para luego de licuar las zanahorias y remolachas, luego las exprimo y agrego al licuado

despues paso por el colador para quitar todo el desecho de lo licuado

Aqui el jugo ya listo para tomar, se le agrego hielo y azucar

buen provecho!
