Plants Suffering the Harshness of the Intense Summer

I visited my daughter at her home and saw how the topocho and long plantain plants have suffered from the harsh sun and the lack of rain. This hasn't stopped some of them from producing their bunches.

also saw a papaya tree with bad fruit—diseased from a blight that had attacked it—and the dog was there, resting on a walkway.
