Layer-1 and Layer-2 Tokens - Low Risk vs. High Risk

In this video, I have shared my view and opinion about Layer-1 and Layer-2 tokens out there... The focus of the vlog was more about the balance and diversification between these two types of tokens... Firstly, you should understand the difference between them, and after that, it is easier to recognize the risk involved in investing in them...

There is no general rule for ALL tokens out there, and it doesn't mean that EVERY Layer-2 token is riskier than some Layer-1 token... Especially when we know that there are a lot of stablecoins that are "nested" inside layer-2 of popular blockchains... Also, there are more than 10K cryptos out there and most of them will probably go to zero and sometimes it's irrelevant on what layer are they built...

Also, I have talked about Hive-Engine tokens as that market is one of my favorite... I'm doing regular trading every day and I hold dozens of tokens... Despite that, I'm aware of the risks (probably not ALL risks) and flaws that are coming with H-E tokens so I'm not investing in them as much as I would like... Before investing, you should do your research and learn about them...

Of course, as always, do not invest more than you can afford to lose.... and as always, this is not financial advice of any kind, just my own view, and opinion...

Would you also consider NFTs on games such as Rising Star or Splinterlands a layer 2 investment?

NFTs are a kind of Layer 2 "tokens" and to be honest, in theory, NFTs are the riskiest asset of all crypto tokens... They can easily go to the Moon and back to zero... In games, they are 100% centralized and their value depends on development...

I'm not saying that it will happen with these 2 games, but there is always a risk... I have a lot of cards on both games, but I'm aware of risks... Not selling or spreading FUD, just have an objective view about it...
