Pain au saumon

Salut à tous, une recette complétement inventée avec de la pâte à pain, du saumon cru, et du mascarpone avec des herbes hachées.

Quand la pate à pain est bien levée l'aplatir. Sur les deux bords mettre du mascarpone; les pavés de saumon, et du mascarpone à nouveau.

Rabattre les bords vers le centre et retourner le pain sur une plaque.

Badigeonner d'huile et faire cuire 30 minutes environ dans un four bien chaud.

La croute est toute dure mais va se ramollir en refroidissant.
