Golden Hour: peaceful sunset over Silesian landscape

Hi there my Hivean friends and followers!

Welcome to my Sunday Golden Hour series where I share sunset photos with you.

We are currently in Krakow again as we decided to take a refuge in this beautiful Polish city to escape from the lockdown that is about to be announced in my Czech homeland but before we came here, I was spending a lot of time in nature around my Silesian hometown and it was during one of these roams when I took this shot.

What a nice and peaceful scenery. In these crazy times when so many people around the world have been deprived of things they like, nature is where we can find some of the so much needed peace and quiet, comfort and hope...

Hopefully, you can still go outside to enjoy some fresh air too in your neck of the woods. Stay strong, sane and healthy everyone. We will make it through.

Love krakow, my mother is polish, yet I never been to Poland

Yes, since my mother moved to Latvia where we are living now, we have never went there. She was 18 when moved and she is 56

Interesting. It´s still very close to Poland from Latvia so distance shouldn´t be a problem. Your mum probably has some personal reasons for not visiting her homeland ever again. But that´s ok if you are happy in Latvia ;)

Sad to hear you guys are going into lockdown again but good to hear that you have been able to escape it and what a place to be with sunsets like that it will keep you happy 🌞

Thanks man. Hopefully, Poland will not resort to the same meausure. Being locked down inside has devastating effects on me...

I must say that looks like a nice relaxing place to escape from the lockdown if it happens and that's a brilliant sunset with nice contrast 🌞
