"Never Break The Flow"

I have an overwhelming feeling of understanding
This one thing I know
It is my strength

People have stopped believing
And they are thinking the truth sets you free
But they're in need of enlightenment
So they always say

You've never achieved anything higher than pure simplicity
And pure simplicity is peace in the midst of this storm
Maybe that's where your open hand is taking me

Everything around you screams
But your heart doesn't care
How can the strength of personality welcome
To feelings of turbulence now?

In an effort to help you
I am not typing with my fingers anymore
I think that means I am no longer bothering you

Nothing's wrong with growing old
But with everything, it takes now
Who knows what's right? How many pass the test...
And endure this staggering load?

The highway is no place to hurry
Leave all the simple things to love
Leave all the simple things to care
Maybe they're easy in a different kind of way
When you're falling off the edge, I can do all the running.
