Maybe life doesn't always go the way you planned it
But don't you ever quit and go and pretend you can't
Sometimes you'll hit a wall and your dreams just break down
But don't despair, just stand tall and find a new way around

You can make your biggest dreams come true no matter what it takes
Stick to it and don't you ever look back
Figure out another plan, it's never too late

Nothing stays forever, some things start to fade
You gotta find a new path if your dreams won't stay the same
The path might be long, and it might be hard, but that's alright
Just keep going 'til you get to the light

Go and set a goal, no one else can do it for you
You've got your own dreams so don't give up
Life is full of twists and turns

And in times like these we need the patience to learn
You can start something unexpected today
It takes courage to move forward and make your way

Set a goal and reach for the stars
Go out and build the life that you want
No matter what happens, try to stay strong
Follow your heart and you'll find your home

Even when it feels like all hope is gone
There's always another way, keep moving on
A path may appear so difficult to cross
