Strangely formless, the thoughts inside my head
They menace and haunt me night and day
Shot against me, a useless jealousy
That never seems to have a reason

Whether we wanted it or not
Sometimes there's regret and things we can't take back
I hurt you without good cause
Now it's time for me to hear your vows and prove that you're wrong

It was a time when I felt like I had everything
I was at the top and then things started to fall
Now my feet are on the ground and it's
Time to let it go

So what would happen if I erased the past?
When all your dreams have been brutally stolen
A broken heart can build a fortress
It will change you in the process

Love takes so many ways
Feelings run deep in the often unpredictable waters
Stray light songs mix into rainy nights
It's a dime's game to know where the tides will rise to.
