I Will Find My Place

To myself.
And to all the newbies and writers in hive, finding their groove.

I arrived as a newbie in Hive,
With excitement in my heart, I felt alive.
I was Introduced by my onboarder's guide,
With hope for likes, votes, and a warm welcome beside.

But alas, my intro post went unseen,
Just 1.89 votes, a disappointing scene.
'Maybe people didn't see it,' I whispered in doubt,
Determined to keep trying, never to pout.

My first post came, with only 0.001 votes,
Sadness enveloped me, like a heavy coat,
'Perhaps Hive isn't meant for me,' I sighed,
But my onboarder said, 'Keep striving, don't hide.'

I took a break, to ease my weary mind,
Returning from the break, another post to hive,
To my dismay, no vote at all,
'Wrong community,' my onboarder's call.
What can I do?' I asked, distressed and dismayed,
'Sorry, nothing,' my onboarder conveyed.
‘Wasted effort!’ I cursed with tears,
Oh, how I wished I hadn't posted it there.

I didn’t let that discourage me,
I kept pushing forward, just me,
Maybe there’s something I’m not doing,
I resolved to post pictures, to keep my account active,
In Hive, a community that truly cared,
I'll find my place, my voice will be shared.

Grammatical errors, wrong tags I used,
Skipped contest rules, feeling confused.
Ignored and invisible, I felt so small,
But my onboarder said, 'Don't give up, stand tall.'

I'm yet to make it, still finding my way,
But maybe one day, I'll have my say.
I'll come back to this poem and smile,
Because I have made it, triumph in style!'

My dear friend , I'll keep reaching for the sky,
With determination and passion, surely I will fly
In Hive, i'll find support and cheer,
I'll keep writing, and keep sharing, my success is near.
With God's grace, I'll find my place.
