Fear is shown as a resounding alarm that our brain emits when we perceive that there is something that may be a threat - this is how fear is generally defined.

But, well, fear can be seen from two aspects, one where it does help a lot to not stumble in life.

But another is also when the individual allows fear to take on immense dimensions, inhibiting himself from doing things that he enjoys or that he longs to do. This results in making the person an unhappy individual.

Being self-conscious about exploring new things is not always a guarantee that everything will be fine, instead it is a guarantee that we will be in a life not lived.

Fear in everyday life:

"It has happened to me, that sometimes I do not do something for fear of being taken as a dreamer... or also because I am afraid of failure mistake... It happens that sometimes it happens to me even in the kitchen, I am afraid to try a new recipe for fear that it will not turn out as it should. However, after a few minutes, I come to my senses and I assume that it is good to do new and different things, and that I can learn from my mistake for the next time do better. Trust me, I've made kitchen disasters behind the scenes.! 🤭

But, returning to the lane and leaving my cooking anecdotes...And so we spend a large part of our lives, fleeing to leave a comfort area, out of fear, fear, fear X2.

But when we are there in front of it, why don't we jump on it?

Is it so difficult to program our mind to think positive? Seeing ourselves as deserving of good things and a long-awaited future is the main step to defeat fears.

A technique that I read a long time ago about how to face fear, and that I use in a particular way for my moments of doubts and fears, when I feel vulnerable (it happens to attack me more when I am alone) is to remember.

I will not remember bad things. I remember all the processes that I have suffered, the things that I have achieved, how much I have learned and there, I give myself a hug.

Thinking all that reminds me that I am an important, strong and hard-working person. My fears become small; I reaffirm in my being that they will not be able to me.

It is a matter of decision, of keeping in mind that there is no other way to face them if we want to overcome them. There is no single magic technique, I believe that everyone treats fleas as they want- that's what the saying goes in my town.

But what is true is that facing them is the first step. But before taking that step, love yourself as you are, imagine how a winner, as successful, get big and so the fears will be the small ones. Think positive, magnify and prioritize the positive with your whole being, what you imagine, think and say: it becomes reality.

Fear is sometimes our weapon to stop at the right moment, before making a mistake.

Fear is mostly a negative thing, but as you say, we must jump on it and move on, learning from each step we take and facing each situation.
