Edge of a Fatal Drop.

Climbing high above the chimneys surrounded by wind and crows, I ran out of handhelds on the chimney. After using photo mode to plan a dangerous leap across the gap, I took the risk and landed safely. Then I discovered a generator, electrical boxes, and a bed set up near the top.

I could hear the wind howling from up here, mixed with the sounds of crows cawing in the open air. Looking down, you could see just how high I had climbed already. I tried to keep my focus and move carefully without making a single mistake. Falling from a spot this high meant instant death, so there was zero room for error.

After getting to this point, I got stuck and felt confused about where to go next. There weren't any more curved handhelds left on my side of the chimney. I guessed I would have to make a jump across to the other side, though the distance looked extremely risky.

It seemed like the only possible way to reach the top, but I was genuinely terrified of missing the landing.
I paused and activated photo mode to study the gap, questioning whether I could actually make a jump like that.

Realizing there was no other choice, I went ahead and took the risk, and I made it! I was so relieved and glad that the jump connected. I honestly didn't think I would pull it off, but I did.

Sometimes taking a big risk really pays off, because without that jump, I never would have been able to keep climbing.

I finally reached a wide ledge near the upper section. It wasn't the absolute peak of the chimney just yet, but I planned to scale the remaining distance right after securing the safe zone.

Looking around the high platform, I found belongings left behind by other survivors, a generator, electrical boxes, and even a bed set up high above the world. So yeah, I get to have a nap on that high ground, which seemed cool.
I'll show what happens next later.
I personally took all the screenshots from my play and I used a logo of the game from online to use in the thumbnail.
This is Pikachuuuuu signing off. Over and out.

Whoever set up that bed, generator and electrical boxes must have had a long, strange stay up there. My guess is the other survivors left their belongings for a reason, and it wasn’t a happy one.

Honestly the pause in photo mode felt like the most human moment in the clip, because everyone stalls before a leap like that. Great captures.
