Muy buenas a todos y un cordial saludo amigos y amigas de SWC, soy Luis Romero @pimoswo, formo parte de la comunidad de Streetworkout en la cadena de bloques hive. El día de hoy les traigo un resumen de lo que fue la exhibición de Calistenia en el cuál los atletas demostraron su dominio y fuerza en lo que la base del street workout llamado Calistenia. 💪🏽

Hello everyone and a warm greeting friends and friends of SWC, I'm Luis Romero @pimoswo, I'm part of the Streetworkout community on the hive blockchain. Today I bring you a summary of what was the Calisthenics exhibition in which athletes demonstrated their mastery and strength in what the basis of street workout called Calisthenics. 💪🏽

Lo que se vió en esta exhibición fue increíble y le demostramos al público que no hay excusas y que la calistenia puede realizarse sin importar tu tamaño, edad, sexo todos podemos realizarlo y dimos un claro ejemplo de ejercicios por nivel y dificultad, de verdad que cada vez mejoramos más. 🫶🏼

What was seen in this exhibition was incredible and we showed the public that there are no excuses and that calisthenics can be done regardless of your size, age, sex everyone can do it and we gave a clear example of exercises by level and difficulty, really we are getting better and better. 🫶🏼
