Muy buenas a todos y un cordial saludo amigos y amigas de SWC, soy Luis Romero @pimoswo y hoy les traigo una rutina básica de espalda en la cual trabajaremos toda esa zona con ejercicios efectivos que nos ayudaran a una buena formación del músculo y a ganar fuerza para cada semana realizar rutinas de mayor intensidad.
Hello everyone and a warm greeting friends and friends of SWC, I'm Luis Romero @pimoswo and today I bring you a basic back routine in which we will work all that area with effective exercises that will help us to a good muscle formation and to gain strength for each week to perform routines of greater intensity.

Esta rutina la diseñe para ustedes y está compuesta de 4 ejercicios básicos, los cuales nos ayudaran a ganar fuerza de hale y trabajar el músculo de una forma efectiva. Comenzamos! 🌊
I designed this routine for you and it is composed of 4 basic exercises, which will help us to gain hale strength and work the muscle in an effective way. Let's get started! 🌊
