HOW TO PREPARE EGG SAUCE

Hello Hivers! So sorry, I've been very busy at work and have not had time to post for a while.
During the weekend, I prepared a delicious delicacy known as egg sauce and I'm gonna share with you the steps for the preparation.

First you need to get the following ingredients:

✓ Fresh Tomatoes🍅
✓ Fresh pepper
✓ Onions
✓ Tomato paste
✓ Raw eggs
✓ fresh curry leaves (optional)
✓ salt
✓ seasonings ( seasoning cubes)
✓ Vegetable oil

Step one

Wash your fresh Tomatoes, onions and fresh curry leaves and after washing, slice separately into preferred size.

Step two

Wash your fresh pepper and after washing, blend the pepper. I used a local motar to blend mine and as you can see, mine is not well blent because I like my pepper to be visible in my food.

Step three

°Wash your raw eggs.
°After washing, break the raw eggs and pour the content into an empty bowl.
°use a spoon to whisk the raw eggs together until properly mixed.

now your main condiments are ready:

Place a clean pot or pan on a heat, make sure your heat is not too high.

Pour your vegetable oil into the heated pot and allow to heat a little

Add a little salt to the heated oil

Add your sliced onions
Add your already sliced fresh Tomatoes

Add your tomato paste

Stair the entire mixture consistently, while allowing to cook for five minutes, to avoid getting burnt.

Add little water according to quantity.

Add your blended pepper

Add your seasonings for taste

Stair and allow to boil for 2 minutes

Add your whisked raw egg into the cooking pot and don't stair immediately but allow to cook for 3 minutes.

Now stair gently and allow to cook for 30 seconds

Add your already sliced fresh curry leaves and stair immediately.

Cook for 25 seconds.

Your egg sauce is ready!

You may decide to enjoy this delicacy with boiled rice, plantain or yam or even eba.

I enjoyed mine with boiled rice. You can also try it out.
