I believe this recipe is so delicious my dear friend. We also have a similar recipe here in the Philippines and we call it as banana fritter. Oh yes, I know fritters, we have them back in the USA too. These samosas are savory, full of Indian spices and a potato-green peas mixture. I eagerly await the day when my daughters cook spicy treats for me 😁.
Awww, I am interested about it my dear friend. Hehe. You know fritters are economical recipe here in my country. Many vendors are selling it in school, in streets or even at sidewalks for being an affordable snack. By the way, I so love Indian menus especially the Indian curry too and more.
