New Renault Twingo Review 2026 | The Fun & Funky City Car
The Twingo has returned - and now, it's fully electric. Huzzah...
Unlike another well known manufacturer, Renault have not re-used a well beloved name of a retro model and used it on a new EV that looks nothing like it's iconic predecessor...no. Renault have rebooted their much loved car, and revamped it for today's market - and they've done a fab job of it.
The new, all electric Twingo was a delight to behold, and get behind the wheel. It kind of threw us a bit though, as this model is a left hooker! Reason being is that it's not actually launched here in the UK yet. We will have to wait until next year for that :)
All in all though, it really is something - join us as we take a closer look.

I remember when the old Twingo came out, but I don't think it came to the UK. This looks a bit retro and could do well.
