Fashion friday - Gamers edition

Time for some good old, ordinary self promotion. Gamers edition!

Okay, so you might already know I make designs to sell on a big variety of products, mainly through my accounts at Redbubble and Vida. You might also already know I'm a gamer! So I sometimes combine the two and create some gamer designs to put up for sale.

I figured, why not share some of those with my fellow gamers here? I would love to get some input. So that's what I'm doing now!

Most of the designs I'm going to share are for sale on a great variety of products. I have already made a selection of all of my gamer designs on clothing and on the left side of that page, you can filter them by whichever product you want to see, or remove the filter to see things like phone covers, or home decoration. The images shown are just one example of many other products.

Okay, here are some of my designs:

Enough image spamming!

As mentioned, all of these designs are available on male- and female clothing. Most are available on sweaters, tanktops and dresses aswell. And ofcourse they are available in many other categories, such as phone covers, pillows, blankets, coasters, stickers, bags, etc..

I manage to sell something now and then, with these three being the most popular:

I like the 'Her tank' design, but am not very happy with 'His healer'. I think that one mostly sells as part of the set. I should probably switch them around aswell (His tank, her healer), but I'd have to improve on the healer design first. Maybe find a nice dps design aswell (although lately, it seems people are starting to use 'dd', instead of 'dps'... ugh, I'm too old for such a change!).

I love playing around with designs like these and will probably create more in the future. Just waiting for inspiration to hit.

So what do you think of the designs? I'd love to hear your thoughts!

P.S.: My voting is paused until I regain my VP. It'll just be a few days, sorry!

Cool designs. Have you got a Splinterlands inspired design?

I do not, but that is a great idea, thank you! I'll just have to get reaquainted with the game 😅

Ouuu, I love your designs and I would say make them more colorful but I know gamers like neutrals

Aww thank you! Yeah, some are a little more colorful, but I always try to keep some more neutral. Luckily some of the shirts come in many colors, so there's always something to pick from :-)

I like your designs. I actually also am on redbubble and I have approximately been their for about 2 and a half months but didn't get any sale yet.

For how long have you been on redbubble and how much sales did you get? Need some motivation.

Oh I can't remember how long I've been hanging around there! Many, many years. I used to just post some pictures there and then forgot about my account. A year or two later, I received an e-mail that a product with one of my pictures was sold. That's when I started uploading there again and moved to other kind of designs.

To be honest, most don't sell. There is a lot of competition and you'll have to get lucky and tag well. I have one best seller and sometimes another one will sell, but I'm at like one sale a month now.

Still! Redbubble so far has been the best for me. Vida only sells because I got lucky to be featured in one of their collections. Spreadshirt gives a few sales a year aswell and TeePublic gave me a few sales over a few years time.

Hmm thanks.
It means we shouldn't be relying only on Redbubble. Should find something else too for passive income.

Oh yes, definitely. Just post your designs on a variety of Redbubble-like sites and keep on blogging. Although if you decide to do a lot of advertising, it might be good to focus on one sales site, so you won't be spread too thin.

Not that I'm an expert, I don't advertise aside from the occasional Hive blog 😅

Lol. So what you think does it work while advertising on Hive? :P

(Edited)

Hmm, I once made one sale thanks to a Steemit post back in the day. So... it does not work very well! 😄
