The reply was a preference for Real Estate...
I didn't go any further, so I just said I like Real Estate Too...

Think of what I could do with $100 which reminds me of the $1 Coins being sold at the U.S. Mint...
For 117.50 Digital Fiat USD's, I can buy a Bag of 100 Native American $1 Coins...
That's only 17.50 above the $100 Face Value, plus Postage...
I actually prefer the Box of Ten, $25 Rolls of $1 Coins, for 289.75 plus Postage...
The Box is only 39.75 above Face Value, for 250 of our $1 Coins...
Think what I could do with $250...
It may be wise to obtain 2 Boxes for "less than" 100 Fiat USD's over Face Value...
So, for a very small investment, I know how to turn $500 in U.S. Coinage into the Spending Power of One Million of today's Fiat USD's...
I can get One Box with Denver Mint Marks and One Box with Philadelphia Mint Marks...
I'm having a good time, thinking about all the Possibilities...

This could work out for me. Long before I read your thoughts on the coming economic realignment, I started collecting </= 1982 pennies (95% copper) and nickels of any year (75% copper) for the copper melt value, since a 1981 penny today is worth $0.0258, and a nickel $0.0525. I have ammo boxes full of both :)
I've been there and done that myself... What's good to know "now" is that for "less" than 4, Copper Coated Zinc Pennies, I'll be able to buy One Full Pound of Copper... I think we'll be returning to our Copper Pennies in the Very Near Future... I never did like those Copper Coated Zinc Pennies... One Nickel will have the "Spending Power" of 5 of today's Fiat USD's...
