😋 Prepared "Daal-Makhni" & "Wheet Tawa Naan" 😋

Hello super crazy world, hope everyone is doing great as always. Here is my another blog, I have prepared Wheet Tawa Naan and Daal-Makhni on the occasion of Girls Sinara (Girls ware new dress and they eat their favourite food) so on this special day we planned to make this amazing Desi Food. Let's start the recipe.

Preparation of Wheet Naan and Daal-Makhni:

  1. Take the overnight soaked rajma and udad daal (black lentils) wash them properly before you cook them.

  1. Take a Cooker and let the daal boil (put clove, turmeric powder, salt and cardamom), wait for 5 whistles, open it once cooked. While we prepare the masala let the daal boil out properly until it's starch come out.

  2. Take a kadhai, put fresh ghee in it for tadka, once ghee is heated put dry red chillies, bay leaves, jeera, hing and onions. Once the onions are reddish brown in colour put the tomato 🍅 puery (make a paste of tomato, green chillies, ginger and garlic)

  1. Once the masala is 80% fried, put red chilli powder, Daal-Makhni masala little turmeric powder, little salt, garam masala. Cook it for sometime and pour the boiled daal.

  2. Mix it well, and as the last ingredient put Kasturi methi in it and corrinder leaves and the magic ingredient cream and some butter.😋


Wheat Tawa Naan

  1. Let's make the dough, take some wheat flour, suji, curd, soda, salt and some hot water. Mix the dough and keep it for 20 minutes

  1. After 20 minutes make the dough properly with normal water and keep it for 1 hour.

  2. Make the small balls of the soft dough. And make the naan shaped chapati.

  3. Apply the salted water in one side of naan and put it on hot tawa. Once it's is Cooked from the one side let's cook it from the other side of like like shown in the image below. It will not fall as we have applied the salted water in one side of the naan
