Soya Chunks Chilla(health is wealth)

I have prepared a very tasty and healthy breakfast today. I have tried it for the first time just try it out,I am sure you would love it.
To keep Body, Mind and Soul happy, you must need a healthy wealthy food. To any health plan from child to old or a body builder or normal person protein is very much important.
Daily protein intake adds an extra day to your life
When it comes to a proper diet, protein comes in the top of the list. I am a vegetarian so there are very less souce of protein . One of the best source of protein is soya chunks. But it taste very bitter and I don't like it much but when I had it in this way I really liked it. I prepared Soya Chilla to make health and mind both happy.

Ingredients:
Soya chunks
Tomato 🍅
Onions
Green chillies
Capsicum 🫑
Ginger and garlic paste
Besan (gram flour)
Suji
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Salt
Tip: Chole masala (I know we use it in the chole, but lil bit of chole masala powder will make it tastes good 👍🏽)
Recipe:
First take some 100gm of soya chunks, dip it into the water for 1 hour and in the meantime the vegetables mentioned in ingredients.
Remove all the water from the soya chunks and make a fine paste, and then put all the vegetables and besan into the soya paste and then mix them well.
The batter is ready for the chilla, serve them with green or red chutney, I did not prepare the chutney, I served with the tomato ketchup 😸
