Hey hive people!! Hope you all are doing well!

Today let's talk about "Self Improvement". How can we improve ourselves? What things we should do to improve ourselves?

Okay so firstly let's talk about our 'Brain'. Our brain is really a powerful body part of our body. Our brain catches everything fastly but only we can decide, we have to use our brain nicely or badly or we can say usefully or uselessly. If we use our brain in talking or other things our memory will get decrease but if we not talk much or uses our brain at good things it will definitely increase our memory power.

How can we improve ourselves? Okay let's imagine I concentrate more on playing than my studies then what will happen? Of course my concentration on studies will get decrease day by day. And can you imagine how this happen? That's because of my brain I used my brain on playing more than studies so my intrest on studies is getting decreased. If someone goes through this situation and need a improvement in yourself, your studies or anything you are doing soo what to do? Here are tips below–

  1. Revision: We should memorise or revise that thing daily. Like you have to improve your learning power you should memorise or revise that thing daily.
  2. Dreams: Dreams, everyone sees dreams but who make their dream come true is a really hard working person. *Soo dream big and make them true.
  3. Read books: Reading books is best way to improve yourself. By reading books we achieve many things- we get to know more new words, sentences and get motivate too.
  4. Make your steps to reach your goal.
  5. Learn to deal with everything(people or situation).
  6. Stay away from negativity.
  7. Make intrest in your hobby.
  8. Leave behind your past.
  9. Do meditation or excercise daily: Meditation and doing exercise is the best for everyone it benefits us alot- it improves our memory, get an instant relief, decreases stress and depression, for natural beauty, and for to stay fit and healthy.
  10. Accept yourself: I think Accepting yourself is the biggest way on to the improvement. Accepting yourself how you are is the biggest achievement. Many people are not comfortable by their body shape, skin but one who accept everything about herself or himself made the biggest achievement on the path of improvement..
