The Meat Seller

Ike the meat seller was probably the most famous meat seller in all of the student area. His fame was as a result of how big his meats is when he sells to students who had little money with them. Unlike other meat sellers who came to sell during the day, Ike only came out at night.

The students would wait until he opened his shop and would rush, forming a long queue in the process just because they wanted to buy raw meat from Ike. Some would even buy more than they needed and store in their fridge for the next day.

“I spend most of the day looking for good quality meats to sell and that is why I come out mostly at night” Ike had once told a customer who asked why he only came out at night.

Business was good and the other meat sellers envied Ike. Some of them even tried to sell just like he does but ended up having big loses while some tried coming out at night too but had no sells. They all decided to admit to defeat, Ike was the boss in the meat selling business and it was either they learnt from him or they try their own way to make their business as successful as his.

But dooms day came for Ike when a lady screamed at the top of her voice one night right inside of Ike’s shop. She had seen what looked like a human finger among the meats and before Ike could hide it, it was too late. Her scream had attracted everyone standing in the long queue and they had seen it too. One look at Ike and everyone could tell he had one wish in mind, that the earth would open up and swallow him.

The guys there had immediately gone into his shop and brought out all of his meat and that was when they discovered different human parts. Ike had been selling human meats to everyone.

They had almost lynched him to death if it wasn’t for the police who showed up. Ike had confessed to killing people and butchering them by day in his house while coming out at night to sell because he knew no one would see the meats clearly at night. The reason why his meats was so cheap was because he never bought any of them, he hunts them.

Ike the meat seller was more than just a meat seller, he was a murderer.
