[LOH#81]My best vegetable

If you plan to grow a vegetable garden, what is your favorite vegetable to grow and what dishes do you use if for? Feel free to include a special recipe using that vegetable!

My favorite vegetable is water leaf. It can be planted anywhere.
I don't really know why is it called water leaf, but as grew up and that's what they call it.

We planted this in my compound, my mum nuture it and make sure she removes the weeds.
Since we already have it planted all over my environment, it is easy plug to cook, we even have alot that sometimes think i should sell some..lol

It's leaves are usually small, and it has flowers which must removed before cutting.

The good thing about water leaf is that it can be combined with other vegetables like pumpkin leaf to cook.
It is medicinal too, since it is vegetable, it helps build blood cells.

Items used to prepare water leaf soup:

• Palm oil
• Pepper
• Salt
• Fish
• Meat
• Maggi
• The water leaf is plugged, the flowers are removed, and then it is chopped into smaller pieces.
• It in then washed with water
• First, you must put steam your ingredients.
• Then remove and fry you water leaf a little before putting back the steamed ingredients.

It is as simple as this, your soup is ready😜👍
