MY QUARANTINE CHALLENGES: Setting My Goals
Goals are targets or dreams we set hoping that someday we can achieve them.
At the beginning of this year, I didn't write down set goals as I did in 2019 or I did wish for was to be a better ME when the year ends by.
Seeing this contest by @anomadsoul . I was intrigued to finally set a plan of the things I want to achieve this year and especially in this period of quarantine. Will be sharing the top three things I will be grateful to achieve in the quarantine period
LEARNING HOW TO MAKE COOKIES AND BREAD
I learned how to make pastries/other baking procedures years back. I do make cake, meat pie, chinchin and co. But when it comes to bread making, I can't really say I at it, I think the word I don't know how to is appropriate.
I tried making bread, three years back following a procedure I saw online but the bread ended up bad, I just lose the zeal to make one since then.
But as the quarantine period commences with the lockdown of stores leaving few food stores, I realize like I didn't give up on bread making, making some bread, especially gingerbread because the supermarket close to us doesn't sell one could have been helpful at home.
I have watched some videos on YouTube on how to make bread, plan to put it into practice this weekend.
Cookies are also something I have passion for, they taste good and I just love to add making cookies to my catering skills/profile. Especially in the future when I have kids will want to be that mum that makes the best cookies for her kids. lol
INCREASING MY WRITING PACE
I have been experiencing writer's block for a week now. So my dream of being an efficient writer hasn't really been going on well for some time. If there is something that I want to do, is to make a great impact on myself during this quarantine period by brushing up my writing spirit.
Yes, I want to follow a writing strategy of penning at least 500 to 1000 words per day and also I want to be able to round my ongoing books Stress and anxiety, Pains of Love and When love becomes bitter in a month or two months from now.
LEARNING SOME ARTISTIC WORK
I have friends who are artists and anytime I see their artistic piece. I can't just help but which I can make something unique like theirs. My hands are not gifted with a pen that can draw or one that can make craft and sculptures.
But I want to learn how to bring out my imaginations, pain, happiness, and beauty is an art form. And I want this by learning more about graphic designing and taking a course on photography.
These are simply my quarantine goals. You can also share yours with the community by checking the challenge post. Thanks to @anomadsoul for the opportunity given to share my goals here
