Dhaba Style Paneer Masala!😋

It's summer time and its very hot in Rajasthan nowadays. And after 3 days I am going back to my home, bengaluru!

Yes, its time to say my parents bye bye and will come again after one year! Its almost 6 years of my Marriage and still I feel low while going back and leaving my family. But I have to go....for my husband..hehe🤪.

Anyways, today my brother wants to eat something spicy and peppery in today's lunch. And it was already 1 'o clock the lunch time.🙄
So I thought to make Paneer Masala curry. There are many more variations to make Cottage cheese but I had less time and I want a quick recipe. So within in 30-45mins I made this curry and it turns out delicious. This curry goes well with Plain steamed rice, Naan or roti/Chapati.

Paneer is everyone's favourite. In India most of the people loves to eat Cottage cheese(paneer). It is healhty, flavourful protein rich and have lots of benifits.

Actually this is Dhaba Style curry without using Expensive things likes, cashews, poppy seeds and cream. This recipe has less ingredients which we can easily get in the kitchen and can be made within in 45 mins.

So lets start to make it.


Serving-4

Ingredients

▪︎cottage cheese-250 gm
▪︎onion chopped-1cup
▪︎tomato puree-1cup
▪︎oil-2tbspn
▪︎butter-2tbspn
▪︎green chili-2
▪︎cumin seeds-½tspn
▪︎turmeric powder-½tspn
▪︎redchili powder-½tspn
▪︎coriander powder-½tbspn
▪︎salt-to the taste
▪︎coriander leaves-1tbspn
▪︎garam masala-½tbspn


METHOD

1.put paneer in hot water for 10 mins. So that paneer get soft and spongy.

2.then chopped tomatoes and blend it for puree.

3.now heat oil /butter in kadhai.

4.add cumin seeds.

5.add green chilies.

6.then add chopped onions.

7.saute it for 2 to 4 mins.

8.further add tomato puree.

9.saute it for 10 mins or till the oil realeses.

10.mix it.

11.now add salt.

12.further add spices like red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Cook.fpr 5 mins more.

13.then add Paneer cubes.

14.cook for 8-10 mins more.

15.the oil will release the bottle. Now the curry is done.

16.add some fresh coriander leaves.

17.transfer the Paneer Curry in a bowl and have it with rice or Chapati/ Naan or Kulcha.
