Hello, I send you greetings from Cuba. How interesting this recipe is. It looks very tasty and it is really very simple to make, although it seems the opposite when you see so many step-by-step photos. One is left with the feeling... oh, how complicated, how things have to be made. But in reality, the elaboration is very well explained and that is a merit.
I would love to visit India. Are you from there? I really enjoy Bollywood movies. Those dances and colours. The actors and actresses are also beautiful.
I don't have much contact with Indian alternative cinema but I would like to. I know I'm only talking about the strictly commercial.
I have been told that they eat a lot of spicy food there, I like it, but I confess that I don't eat too much. What would it be like for a Cuban to adapt to the spicy food in India, if that were so?

Well, maybe I connected with India because of your recipe and you are not from there :) we'll see.

Greetings!

Thanks for the kind words. I am from India and you are most welcome to visit India and be my guest.

We have food with different cuisines so there are food without any spice level, which a lot of people enjoy out here. So as a Cuban, you xan enjoy the food here too.
