Mirchi ke Tipore- Green chilli stir Fry!!

Mirchi ke tipore is very Famous in Rajasthani cuisine! Me as Rajasthani, know how Important is this dish in our lifes😁. Actually I can say, without tipore the meal is incomplete. So in every house hold it is made in lunch or dinner and can be kept for 3 to 4 days in refrigerator. And whenever want to eat serve as a side dish for everyday meals.

Some chilies are more spicy and some are less. Its your choice which you want. The spicyness and tanginess of this Mirchi tipore will enhance the taste of your meal. This recipe doesnot require much effort and time.

My grandmother loves to eat greenchillies and she always want this in her meal. So whenever she donot like the other vegetables then she prefer to take Tipore and Yogurt, and eat her roti with this tipore only.



So lets see how to make this Tipore-

INGREDIENTS

▪︎greenchillies- 8 to 10 nos (I have the big chillies)
▪︎oil-2 tbspn
▪︎cumin seeds-½tspn
▪︎asofeodita-½tspn
▪︎salt-to the taste.
▪︎fennel seeds-½tspn
▪︎red chilli powder-½tspn
▪︎turmeric powder-½tspn
▪︎dry mango powder-½ tspn
▪︎mustard and fennel powder-1½tspn(grinded it seperatly)



METHOD

1.Take green chilies ,wash and pat dry them.

2.further chopped all the chilies in round or any shape equally.

3.now take a kadhai.

4.put oil and heat it. Once the oil is heat then add fennel seeds, cuminseeds and asofeodita.

5.now add green chilies.

6.further add turmeric powder

7.add salt.

8.mix and cook it for 5 mins till the chilies become soft.

9.Now make a coarse powder of mustard seeds and fennel seeds.

10.Add this powder to the cooked chilies.

11.Give it a proper mix. Cook for 5 mins more.

12.Its done..off the flame and transfer it in a bowl.
