Prepared Indianised Chinese veg Fried Rice!🤤

Hello hiveans! Happy Sunday to all.

Today I came with a Recipe of Indian Fried Rice. Many varieties of fried rice have their own specific list of ingredients.
This dish is full of healthy fibre, protein, good carbs, vitamins and antioxidants. Itbis healthier because it is packed with veggies like carrots, beans, peas etc. It is naturally vegan dish and that's good for us as it is delicious to eat. What I am going to make today is Indianised version of fried rice, basically the fried rice is generally made with egg omeltte and choice meat added to it.
It needs no side but many of us love saucy Chinese sides like manchrian or a gravy when we eat out.

Chinese food is all about the amazing smoky aroma, saucy flavours and the beautiful colors. Homemade cooked foods can never beat the flavours of foods served in the authentic Chinese restaurants. Large wok/stoves and high heat imparts a natural smoky aroma which cannot be replicated.

My fried rice recipe doesn't need a lot of ingredients except good quality rice,soy sauce, veggies, vinegar and oil. I do not prefer ajinomotto, like restaurants to enhance the taste and flavours.

So let's start to make Indianised fried rice-

•Use any long grain Rice like basmati or meduim grain like sona masuri rice. I used Basmati rice for this recipe. Boil the rice al dante and not mushy. Quickly drain the rice to a colander. Cool it until all the steam vanishes. Cover ant keep aside.

•While the rice cooks , chop all the veggies you need for fried rice.
Like carrot, bell peppers, french beans, mushrooms, green chillies, onions, garlic, corn or baby corn and peas etc.

•Heat oil in a wok on highest flame. Then cumin seeds, garlic and saute it for 3 to4 seconds. Then add green chili, onions slices and saute till you get an aroma.

•Then add all the chopped veggies. Fry for 3 to4 minutes. Donot overcook them let them be crunchy. Ensure the flame should be on high flame.

•Add one spoon soy souce, and vinegar(optional) add more or less suits to your tastes.

•The smoky smell will come and then add cooled rice , salt, black pepper.

•Toss and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Taste test. If needed add more sauce or salt.

•Garnish it with spring onions or cilantro.
