Prepared Onion-gram flour Parantha.

Hello my Hive family!

Looking for a quick and easy recipe, then yes it is here. Crispy and Flaky wholewheat Parantha, which is stuffed with onions, garlic and besan(gram flour), pair them up with curd or Mango or any pickle.😋

So let's start-

1.We begin by kneading a soft dough, cover and set aside.

2.Prepare the fillings by chopped onions, green chillies and chopped garlic.

3.In a pan heat oil, then add cumin seeds, hing(asofeodita), chopped green chillies, garlic and onions. Cook until onions are translucent.

4.Mix in besan/garam flour.

5.Mix the spices like salt, red chillie powder, turmeric powder and dry mango powder.

6.Mix it well and cook until besan start to change its color.

7.It will become brown in colour. Turn off the flame.Taste the mixture,adjusting the quantity of salt.

8.Make a ball of the dough.

9.Roll the dough ball into disc, place the mixture on top and start pinching sides together to form a round form.

10.Secure all ends and seal the ball. Dust the ball and shape the dough in a flatten paranatha. Roll softly and slowly as big as your tawa is. You can make small one too😜

Roll it slowly.

11.Now place this stuffed parantha onto hot tawa.

12.Cook from one side first and then flip the parantha and cook the other side. Maintain meduim hot flame.

13.Apply oil and spread it around.

14.Flip and cook while pressing down apply oil to the second side of the parantha.. cook nicely till brown golden color.

Transfer it in a plate.

Parantha is ready. Serve it hot with pickle or Curd.
A perfect breakfast or brunch.
