Tangy and peppery BabyCorn Stir Fry!

Eating healthy food has vareity of protein , good fats and vitamins.

Today I came up with a new recipe of Baby Corn stir fry loaded with veggies. I made this dish in indian style with spices and desi Masala. Its very easy and simple to make and full of nutrients and delicious flavourful dish.

We can serve this dish with Roti or Parantha! It will taste great and goes well in lunch box as well.

So lets see how I made this dish in a very simple way!


INGREDIENTS

▪︎babycorn-100gm
▪︎capsicum-½cup
▪︎carrot-½cup
▪︎Beans-½ cup
▪︎oil-2tbspn
▪︎mustard seeds-½tspn
▪︎cumin seeds-½tspn
▪︎asofedita-½tspn
▪︎Salt-to the taste.
▪︎redchili powder-½tspn
▪︎blackpepper-½tspn
▪︎green chillies-2
▪︎tomatoes-½cup
▪︎garam masala-½tspn
▪︎lemon juice-1tspn(optional)


METHOD

1.Take fresh babycorn and wash it properly.
I didnot boil the babycorn because it will be crunchy if we make it straight without boiling it.

2.slit it. You can cut in any shape. I like the long shapes of babycorn.

3.now chop capsicum , beans and carrot in a plate.

4.heat oil in a pan.

5.add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asofedita. If you want to add curry leaves then you can go for it.

6.now add the veggies. Stir it.

7.further add chopped babycorn and green chillies.

8.add turmeric powder.

9.add salt. Stir it.

10.then add tomatoes.

11.cook all the veggies till they are soft.

12.add garam masala and pepper. Off the flame. Squeeze lemon(optional)

13.transfer it in a bowl and serve it.
