Village life of India (part 1)

Greetings.
Yesterday the weather was pleasant, so I and my neighbour decided to go for a small evening walk. As in my previous post I already said that I m in my hometown Churu. Churu is the hottest place in Rajasthan. The highest temperature recorded is 50+ and -1 the coldest. So daily I don't want to go out in the scorching sun to roam around my village.
I was passing by the sand roads show in the below pic. Both the sides were covered by the small sand dunes and barren land. Some wild tress were there mostly Desert bean tress and Aak plant.

While walking little inside the village women was carrying woods from the farms,on their heads to make foods in a domestic hearth called Chulha. Because for some family Gas cylinder is expensive so they make foods in the stove which is built by bricks and cover by the layer of cowdungs.

This below pic is of a old temporary hut made in a Farm where people can take some shed and rest inside that in the afternoon while grazing the cattles like cows and goats.

Villagers make cowdung cakes for use as a cooking fuel. Cowdungs are used to coat the floor and walls of the huts as a cheap thermal insulator. It is also used to repel insects.
