Water well of village

Hello hiveans👋. Hope all are doing good.
In my village there is a water well . Generally it serves as an only source of drinking water in the village. In Indian village generally women fetch the water from the wells. They come to a well with a pitcher and draw water with the help of bucket.
But now the well water is dried up. Wells in the village dried up due to over exploitation of groundwater. Now the village people didn't get water from this well but for animals only the village people decided to throw water from this well for half n hour. As there is not enough water in it and the maintenance is also not going on time to time.

Shortage of water is major crisis in this dessert state. People get water only 3 hours whole day from another well. People's save water and prevent water scarity.

Now the animals get enough water to drink. Like cows, camels, goat, Buffaloes. There is a long rectangle tank with the depth 3 to 4 feet. The water is stored there from this well.
