Chief Witness Against Matt Gaetz Is Cooperating
A lawyer for the chief witness against Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) said on Friday that the witness was cooperating with a House Ethics Committee investigation into whether Mr. Gaetz had sex with an underage girl while he was serving in Congress.
Fritz Scheller, a lawyer for Mr. Gaetz’s former friend and political ally Joel Greenberg, said he provided documents to the committee that he said backed up his client’s claims that he witnessed Mr. Gaetz having sex with a 17-year-old girl.

Kansas Attorney General Demands Schools Out Trans Kids
Kansas’ attorney general is telling public schools they’re required to tell parents their children are transgender or nonbinary even if they’re not out at home, though Kansas is not among the states with a law that explicitly says to do that.
Republican Kris Kobach’s action was his latest move to restrict transgender rights, following his successful efforts last year to temporarily block Democratic Gov. Laura Kelly’s administration from changing the listings for sex on transgender people’s birth certificates and driver’s licenses to reflect their gender identities. It’s also part of a trend of GOP attorneys general asserting their authority in culture war issues without a specific state law.
I was not aware that because I say so had any legal basis. Go figure.

It's all 'because I say so'.
IF I have no authority to force my rules onto you, and you have no authority to force your rules onto me, and we can't delegate an authority we don't have, then there is no gov't, only an organized gang of men and women that force others to pay and obey.
There is no connection between me and any rules written down that I haven't consented to personally, there is only organized violence in pursuit of somebody's political goals.
This guy lays it out.
Scroll back a ways, towards the end he drifted off the main topic.
There are no facts that can be stated for the record in court to prove the claim that the state has jurisdiction over us.
We are free, not slaves of an illusion forced onto us by those that will kill us to control us, unless we buy into the illusion, or they actually kill us individually.
The revolution isn't in the streets, it's in the 1200cc's between our ears.
