The last thing he remembered was Bruno’s gun after besmirching Bruno’s reputation.

Charlie was pretty sure he’d died and gone to hell. Four Teletubbies were skipping towards him and there was sound coming from somewhere, an elevator music version of “Smells Like Teen Spirit”. That couldn’t be a good sign.

That is most definitely Hell ! I can't help noticing that all the "best" versions of Hell are ones which pick out and twist the most awful things about normality.

Causing damage to someone's reputation is a selfish work which the person can not benefit, Bruno was really angry of what he did, but for him to have shoot him was not still a good option to take.
