Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion

Uno de los mejores juegos cooperativos es Gloomhaven, al que le salió un sucesor Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion, que hace el juego más fácil de jugar y transportar. En cada misión los jugadores cooperan para derrotar a los enemigos del escenario, mediante nuestros personajes, que irán mejorando según vayan avanzando las misiones.

One of the best cooperative games is Gloomhaven, to which came out a successor Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion, which makes the game easier to play and transport. In each mission players cooperate to defeat enemies in the scenario, using our characters, which will improve as the missions progress.

Es un juego que no puedes acabar en pocas horas, y que debes mantener con un mismo equipo. Es de los pocos cooperativos que me han gustado, espero seguir avanzando en la historia.

It is a game that you can't finish in a few hours, and that you must keep with the same team. It is one of the few cooperative games that I liked, I hope to continue advancing in the story.

Scholars of the South Tigris

Un juego nuevo de la trilogía de South Tigris. Es el 2do que juego, y como veo es un euro con bastante de colocación de trabajadores y manejo de cartas. La temática va de traductores, ya que en el juego iremos traduciendo documentos al arábigo. Si bien el juego puede tener variadas reglas, en pocos turnos se entiende lo importante.

A new game of the South Tigris trilogy. It's the 2nd one I play, and as I see it's a euro with a lot of worker placement and card management. The theme is about translators, since in the game we will be translating documents into Arabic. Although the game can have a variety of rules, in a few turns you will understand what is important.

Por otro lado, la duración del juego le va en contra, ya que tras unas cuantas rondas, el juego se vuelve repetitivo. Con una partida más creo que sacaré una conclusión del mismo.

On the other hand, the length of the game works against it, since after a few rounds, the game becomes repetitive. With one more game I think I will draw a conclusion from it.

Terraforming Mars

Un clásico, que tras ya varias partidas, aun me cuesta sacarle la mejor combinación de cartas; sin embargo, entretiene bastante.

A classic, that after several games, I still find it hard to get the best combination of cards; however, it is quite entertaining.

Mientras las partidas que tenga sean un tanto espaciadas en el tiempo, 1 vez al mes, quiero seguir jugando este juego a futuro.

As long as the games I have are somewhat spaced in time, once a month, I want to continue playing this game in the future.
