A Good Night Sleep

Most people believe that sleep is for the lazy people because the time they used in sleep would have been used to accomplish something important. Yes it might be true, but even the Bible comments that there is time for everything, so there should also be time to take some rest by sleeping without work interfering or being worried about anything.

Though we have so many demands on our desk—jobs, family, errands—not to mention finding some time to relax nor sleep. To fit everything in, we often sacrifice sleep. But sleep affects both mental and physical health, it’s vital to our well-being. Sleep is a natural phenomenon that cannot be cheated no matter how much we try to cheat it, when once it knocks, we have no option but to surrender and obey it, even if it will be just for a minute, but we must obey it, and if we prove stubborn, it will bring up another health challenge that will push us to have it forcefully.

Personally I don't joke with my sleeping time, because if i refuse to adhered to it, I would have headache, and untill i put my head down even if it 3 minutes i wont regain my strength, although people differs, some don't like to sleep, while others do, it's all our body differences.

When we’re tired, we can’t function at our best, so a good night sleep helps us to think more clearly the next day, leading to quicker reflexes and to focus effectively and better. People that take time to rest (sleep) operates differently from the people that are trying to get on 1 or 2 hours less sleep at night.

Good night sleep is very important to our health, because it helps to restore our energy level, it also improve our memory, I could recall a time when I was very drowsy, i became so weak, so i had to leave where i was standing find a place and rest my head fpr some minute before i could get back myself.

Lack of night sleep influences our mood, which can affect our interaction with others, sleep deficit over time can even put us at high risk for developing depression, because it brings about provocation at the slightest thing.

Everything has its own time, there should be time to sleep as well as to work, we cannot allow our work to interfere with our sleep because no matter how we try, we cannot finish all the tasks in a day, so taking so rest (sleep) helps to relieve ourselves of the stress during the day, so as to function effectively on the day ahead, we take time to sleep so as to regain our strength as well.

For effectiveness in our day to day activities, we need to have a good night sleep so as to be refreshed the next morning and to regain our strength as well. Sleep also improve our skills, leading to a productive life.

Oh that means we are actually the same
Because I also like to sleep and anytime I forfeit my sleep I get headaches
Even when you wake me up whiles I’m sleeping I’ll still get headaches when I wake up

Truly, it’s interesting how much influence sleep has on us. You can’t cheat nature. When you don’t have a good rest, it would definitely show in your productivity.

We all need sleep just like our devices reboot and work better, we need sleep to reboot and gain energy for a better tomorrow
