My Actifit Report Card: June 11 2026
Morning walk and meditation, installation task
Dear friends,
Yesterday morning, I went to the park to walk there for about twenty minutes before I went to meditate one hour at the meditation center. It took about half an hour including stretching exercises.
And in the afternoon, I went to the meditation center for some repair and installation work. I repaired some leaking water tab, cleaned basin outlets and helped in the installation of the water level sensor and the floatless level switch. It took me the whole afternoon.
When I returned I visited Shwe Mote Htaw pagoda and monastery, where 10 days vipassana meditation session was held and yesterday was the last day. It is located on the mountain and has a peaceful and quiet surroundings.
Those were some of the activities for yesterday.
