My Actifit Report Card: July 7 2026

Dear friends,

In this morning, I removed the weeds in the beetroot plantation. There were many of them. They thrived well in raining season. I found that the tubers were already forming. I used compost when preparing the ground and I think because of that I could find the soil was very loose and found some organisms like Luke worm in it.

After that, I did physical exercises following instructions from a YouTube video. They were some sort of calisthenics exercises but I had to use dumbbells in the exercise. It took me a little over 40 minutes.

And because I have installed Fluidnc on my control board, I tested the cnc router to see if it was working well. It was working fine without any error but I found some abnormalities and I still have to solve that issue. It was that the router bit got off the tracks sometimes.

In the evening, I collected the garbage in the house and went to discard it at the municipal designated spot. Then, I went to the football station to walk on the outer tracks for 2.35 kilometer distance.

Those were some of the activities for today.
