Today I will review a Korean drama again. Frankly, there have been very popular TV series lately, and this series was popping up everywhere. Actually, I should have watched it much earlier. But me and my endless series list are an inseparable duo. lol. That's why I had to postpone watching this series for a bit. I didn't write this review right after watching the series either. The review articles I wrote right after watching the series are usually not very objective. I think I approach this subject a little emotionally and reflect my expectations in the articles I write. This causes me to have a biased point of view and prevents me from criticizing objectively. Since I can't give up this habit, I expect some time to pass and everything to return to normal after watching the series. I think that it is more positive for the review articles I write.

The name of the series I will review today is "Doom at Your Service". A drama produced by tvN production company. Frankly, many of the tvN's recent TV series are getting popular and they're releasing TV series that are fun to watch. Their rise continues, especially started with "True Beauty". I guess they are so prominent because they prefer to stay away from the clichés in the K-Drama industry. They also choose the casting team very well. On top of all this, I think they do quality work because they market their TV series very well. Their serials are not always the most loved or watched serials. But they do things that are talked about a lot on social media. Especially the final episodes are always on the agenda. tvN is really good at this. I guess I spoke like a tvN fanboy. Let's examine the content of the series and the cast!

The drama stars Park Bo-young and Seo In-guk. Especially when it comes to fantastic dramas, Park Bo-young is the first actress that comes to mind. Her previous fantastic series is one of the legends of this industry.

Park Bo-young plays Tak Dong Kyung, a cancer patient who will die in 100 days. Tak Dong Kyung is a very emotional and altruistic character. Frankly, there are too many attributes that could be written for this character. But I think these are the two most memorable features. We see that a female character with the opposite character of the other lead is portrayed. Seo In-guk plays Myul Mang, who pretends to have no heart but actually ignores this fact. Myul Mang is an immortal and human destroyer. It is not possible to call him fully human. However, he is a very handsome man. Everyone sees him in different silhouettes. But there is a person who can see his true image. She is Tak Dong Kyung.

Tak Dong Kyung is a young and hardworking woman who loves life very much. However, this reality that she has to face destroys her world and she is grieved. She suddenly wishes the world to disappear, and this wish catches Myul Mang's attention. Myul Mang, who doesn't care about people, suddenly becomes interested in Tak Dong Kyung. Because if Tak Dong Kyung expresses her wish seriously, it could be Myul Mang's salvation. However, while Tak Dong Kyung loves life and the people around her so much, it is not known whether she will really make this wish. You can learn all this in detail while watching the series. I think I should state my personal views from now on. Because I think I have given enough information about the theme of series. First of all, I recommend you to watch the series. It was truly one of the best fantasy series I've ever watched. Maybe it was the best. I agree at this point that the subject of the series is interesting and gripping. But I don't think it's the subject of what makes this show so popular. I think the key point was the cast. Park Bo-young is a great actress and has really taken this drama a step further. As a viewer, I think that every actor can cry or laugh as part of their role. But there are very few players who can make you feel like it's real. Park Bo-young is one of these actresses. Likewise, actors such as Seo In-guk, Shin Do-Hyun, Tae-oh Kang, and Dawon who helped her did a great job. The cast was great. Everyone from the role of aunt to the most important role played very emotional scenes and they succeeded. Frankly, I think the most important factor for this series is the cast. No matter how good the story is, what makes the story beautiful is the way the story is portrayed on the screen. I don't need to talk about details such as stage lights and make-up. Because everything was so good. The tvN production company is not inexperienced enough to make mistakes in this regard anyway.

Tak Dong Kyung yaşamı çok seven genç ve çalışkan bir kadındır. Ancak yüzleşmek zorunda olduğu bu gerçek onun dünyasını başına yıkar ve bir anda mahvolur. O ise bir anda dünyanın yok olmasını diler ve bu dilek Myul Mang'ın dikkatini çeker. İnsanları umursamayan Myul Mang birden Tak Dong Kyung ile ilgilenmeye başlar.
