The most embarrassing moment of my life wasn't a very pleasant one because it came to me so surprisingly.
Life is full of happy and sad moments because there is no how you won't experience bad times, we are humans and some things will happen no matter how much we try to avert it.
My embarrassing moment happened with my ex when he decided to embarrass me in a very big place full of crowds some years back.
He was a video editor and a good one at that, he collected a wedding video coverage and it was a very huge event which we were both happy about. He got to the event without the complete equipment that day, he forgot to go with the microphone of the camera which he called me to bring it for him.
We are not living in the same area so I had to take bike to his house and get the stuff. I was lucky to get to the event hall before the party started, I gave it to him and while he was fixing the speaker of the camera outside the event hall, a guy came and greeted him and he looked at me and said to me, "You look beautiful". It was just a good compliment whiandreplied him, "Thanks" with a little smile on my face.
Immediately the guy left I heard a very thick slap on my face and I couldn't feel my face for some minutes. In a public place, I couldn't hold the tear that was rolling down my cheeks and then after the slap he said, "Can't you tell him you are with your boyfriend?". I don't know the right word to say at the moment so I turned to leave and realized that everyone was looking at the drama that just happened.
I felt so embarrassed because I have never been humiliated like that in my entire life so I turned back to him and remove his proposal ring from my finger and throw it at him without saying a word to him.
The funniest part was that I don't even have a transportation fee with me because I thought that he will give me when I wanted to go back so I had to trek from there home which took me 30 minutes before I got home.
He has never shown such signs to me before if not I would have known what to do immediately the guy compliment me but he showed me the worse side of him which I didn't wait to see another part before breaking up with him.
Some partners can really be a jealous jerks, you did great leaving him the way you did.
Someone that can do such a thing in public will do the worst when no one is looking .
I am telling you
I didn't even wait to show me another bad side before I vanished from his life because life is too such to stay with such person
You did the right thing dear, I'm proud of your decision.

That's so sad, so sorry you had to experience such, and I see no reason why he should be angry that another guy compliment you, personal that makes me more proud that I've someone others are drying to have, well I can we've all wired differently.
But the least he can do to appreciate you helping him to get those items is thank you and tfare, rather than physical abuse, embarrassment and walking that long distance.

Hmmm I didn't realize I walked for a very long time that day because I was lost in my thoughts, I always see that but only in the movie I never knew I would experience it in my life.
He actually came back to apologize but my sister pour her dirty water we both send him away he is too jealous and I am not sure I can spend my life with such person
That was so bad of him to do that. Your ex was a jealous type and even at that, it was just a compliment and nothing therein. If he had trusted you, he wouldn´t dare try such a thing. Good, you immediately removed the ring because you should never be with such a guy. At least he revealed the kind of person he was before going too far to the extent you won´t be able to leave.
I wonder how you would get home that day in such a condition...

I never imagined myself in that kind of situation it was the next day I remembered that I walked for 30 minutes without realizing it
Good he made his character known before you become couple, it would have been harder to leave if you were already married to him, i wonder why some guys go extra length with their jealousy
His body is too hot but getting slapped by him is the least I was expecting to top it all in a public place I couldn't wait before breaking up with him because if he can do that in a relationship the marriage will be a hell that I never pray for
Well, that was hurt and humiliating.
That guy should learn how to get his emotion out, and not hurting anyone like that

I can imagine that this was truly an embarassing moment for you. However, this situation exhibited more about him than anything else. Although shocking and hurtful I am sure you are now happy that he showed his true colours on that day when he should have been thankful to you. This embarassing situation was for the best in the long run.

Like seriously if he didn't show his true self that day I would have married him without knowing what I am getting myself into
What a nice revelation of him prior to the proposed marriage. I am glad you took a bold decision after seeing the red flag. That was a huge embarrassment from him in the public but to your advantage later in the future.
My sister I would have experience the worse if I end up with such person
I remember we wrote something about abusive relationship which makes me realize that I would have go through such if I didn't throw his ring on him that day.
I never want to be a victim of such so I walk away before I got into one
That's so bad of him, how dare him hit you, no one has the right to assault anyone, thank God he showed his true colour before you took the relationship to the alter. He would have turned you to a punching bag because of jealousy.
My dear mo ja pa because I don't want to be a victim I can't even stand such person around me and I believe God let him show his color because we plan anything if not I would have something to write about violence relationship
