AND HE IS GONE..... JUST LIKE THAT

He came to school when Lecture started on Monday. He was present on Tuesday and on Wednesday until I opened my WhatsApp group on Friday morning and I was seeing RIP. RIP
I was dumbfounded and couldn't utter a word when I saw the picture of a guy/man who was my colleague since 2019 till on Thursday and he is gone.

We were told he had a bike accident which affected his brain. He was rushed to trauma center and was pronounced dead on Friday morning. We were still mourning his death when all of a sudden, someone typed "he blinked his eyes".

We were happy and praying to God to keep him alive. He must not die. Just three months to graduate.....what is happening?

We read again "he is responding to treatment". We continued begging God to keep him and not die.

Few minutes later, we read "he is finally gone". OMG! We lost him. No..... Death why?

We started together in year 2019 and at the verge of graduating, he died. This is so painful to our department and the family.

He welcomed a new baby two months ago and now, he is finally gone. How would the wife cope with the new baby and other children?

As if that wasn't enough, we heard a lecturer died today again.
It has been a moment of mourning but what do we do? We have no choice than to accept what has happened and move on with our lives.

May God keep us alive till the end of this year in Jesus name. Amen.
