ecoTrain Question Of The Week: What Do You Need To Let Go Of?

Hello Hivers! How are you doing? It's a beautiful morning again and it's time for the #ecoTrain Question of the Week titled "What do you need to let go off?"

We all have our habits, our past we want to let go. Things hunting us down and not allowing us move forward. Inasmuch as we keep trying to let go of them, we still find ourselves doing them and it looks as if we aren't in control of them at all.

Some, it might be your procrastination attitude.

To some, that bad attitude in them.
While to some, those past moments keep coming to them and they want to indulge in the past and do what they had wanted to stop but couldn't.

What do I want to let go off? It's simply my ANGER

I know anger is a bad attitude that could destroy things so easily and quickly and when you come back to your senses, you feel shameful and sad for those things you have said from your mouth and how you have reacted.

Keep in temper. A decision made in anger is never sound. "Ford Frick"

Many of us, when we are angry, we tend to make decisions that we couldn't have made while in our right senses. It is after we are calmed down, we start to blame ourselves over what we have said.

There are decisions I have made many times out of anger and at the end, will never do any of them. I wasn't in the right frame of mind then. I was hurt and all I want at that moment is immediate gratification and do not mind if what I was saying would actually not hurt me.

At that moment, nothing you say to me is of use because I just want to do my freewill and nothing more.

This is what I want to let go off because families aren't happy with me whenever I get angry over unnecessary stuff. Things I don't even need to be angry of on a normal day.

I also do myself harm whenever I am angry because whenever I shout or scream out of anger, it would choke me and trying to free myself from a force trying to strangle my neck at that moment. My Aunt would say "you better don't kill yourself".

Of course, she is true but I don't care provided I was still in that mood until I come back and realize I am hurting myself more than I could imagine.

The truth is that Anger is dangerous and could cause one hypertension and death follows thereafter. We need to let go of anger issue so it doesn't destroy things quickly.

It's a good thing you want to let go of your anger, that shows progress of you being free from it totally.

It may require more effort and discipline but it would be worth it at the end of it all.

I've seen people who make a life lasting mistake because of their anger so the earlier you let go of it the better.

Nice one for the question of the week, I think I should write mine too.

Anger actually isn't the problem, it's what you do with it. Being angry is something Jesus did. It's how we handle it that decides if it helps or hurts us and others.
