IT WAS A BAD DAY

Things will not always work out fine for you always. There are times challenges would show up, hopes will be lost and you will be thinking to end it all instantly because you feel solution won't arrive. Trust me, God understands every pains, He knows what we are passing through. He never sleeps nor slumber. As the saying goes;

"God will never allow problems bigger than us to come to us.

God is kind not to allow us encounter such big mountains in front of us. If only you trust and believe in Him always, ways would be cleared for you.

On Saturday night, I slept peacefully with good health and I was so well and fine. I woke up on Sunday morning feeling headache, my hands were shaking, I couldn't pick up my phone to type. I had to force myself typing one letter slowly. My temperature was so high and I was all alone in my room.

I didn't want to disturb my hostel mates, so I was doing the little I could do inside. I didn't go to Church as I was very weak.

I picked up my Bible. I didn't know which verse to open even though I always read my Bible daily. I managed to check online for the best verse to use to pray. I found the best scripture from 1Peter 2:24 which says
"Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed".

I took this part, "by whose stripes ye were healed" and I prayed to God. I told Him I don't want to be sick. I have no other person I serve or pray to except God. After praying and telling God what I want and do not want, I slept off.

When I woke up, I went to get some drugs and I used it by faith and slept at night. I woke up sweating all over my body. Everything about me changed. God answered my prayers.

It was a bad day yesterday but God turned it to a good day at the end of the day even though something drastic came up again.

Yesterday morning, my Dad called to inform me that thieves robbed my Aunt and my younger brother, forcefully break the giant door and gained entrance. They took everything with them, phones, wristwatch, laptop. Thank God lives weren't claimed. They were with guns and cutlasses. Eight guys actually.

What pained me most is the laptop I gave to my brother to aid his photography skill and besides, he will be resuming school by September as a fresher in the University. This is the laptop he has depended on but now, it has been taken from him.

What I believe is that God will always make a way for those who serves Him willingly. I trust in Him.
