Planning on a strict diet as from Monday.

Happy weekend everyone, it's another moment for the weekend engagement by @Galenkp and I would be going for the first option that has three lists of sub-topics. You can check out the main challenge here to get other options to go for.

I'm starting a strict diet on Monday, and this weekend I decided to get myself prepared for it. This is why I opted to try this new menu on my list for a start as I was searching for something light to start with even before Monday comes.

It was my boyfriend who made this simple snacks as he wanted me to start being on diet seriously. We both chatted and seeing how big I am, he suggested I try out some light meals for me to do dieting to reduce myself.

He came around my place and volunteered to make pancakes for me so I would know how to do it myself next time. I watched him while he was making it and in my mind, I was already getting prepared for Monday so I can still make something like this and many more simple and light meals or snacks.

These are the ingredients to make the pancake. We have; Sugar, White flour, Nutmeg, Baking powder, Pepper, Onions, and Eggs.

Pancake snacks are one of the light food one can prepare and would be ready on time. Making these snacks didn't take us more than thirty minutes as I was looking at him while he was making them.

The eggs are beaten already while we added all together the flour, pepper, milk, baking powder, eggs and nutmeg.

Then, we moved to fry the pancake as some oil was poured into the dried pan while the flour was being scooped bit by bit in the hot oil. Within a few minutes, the first set was done while we repeated the same step for the others.

I found this the best dieting ever instead of eating heavy meals. At least taking this with milk or tea should be okay, and eating just twice a day or even once, as it depends on your mood and you are good to go.

This weekend is the best, having your partner to spend with you while I await next Monday to start fully dieting. Now, I know how to make pancakes to start up my activity to reduce my weight since I also wanted it. Eating too much isn't good but in moderation.

Is it a sweet pancake? Coz I am imagining a flavored pancake, princess. Hehe. I just knew now that pancakes could be blended with pepper and onion. In my place, my sister used to prepare pancakes beforw with a syrup.

Yea, trying it for the first time, it's sweet and I love the taste. Though, I haven't heard of the one you use syrup to make.

You should take it seriously ma, so you'll be sexier. But don't eat too much carb 😉

I think every diet should definitely include pancakes, I'm absolutely with you on that one. I like pancakes with syrup and a dash of lemon juice myself, sprinkled with cinnamon
