TAKE LIFE EASY AND TREAT THEM KINDLY.

We were talking about the issue of landlords and landladies who owns houses and took in some tenants to live in it. We talked about how nice most of them were to the extent that a landlady was so nice to her tenants last year December as she gave each of them $2 each and even added a live chicken for them to cook and share together as a way of celebrating the season with them. She was so kind to do that. Who can do such? This is someone who had the students at heart. She understands it isn´t easy especially from those who came from a poor family and their parents struggling to pay their school fees.

My friend told a true life story of a man who owned a house and has his children staying abroad working. One would know this man isn´t in anyway suffering because his sons are sending him money apart from the house rent he collects every year from students. This man suddenly asked all students to quit his house. The students begged him and they had their way calling the sons abroad, explaining things to him. One of the sons assures them their father would not do such. He told the students to calm down. They called their father but this man insisted in sending them away because they couldn´t pay their house rent.

The man called a meeting and he was still on his stand that the students should vacate his house. As he was saying "you all should leave my house, leave my house" that was the last word in his mouth which he fell down and died instantly. So sad though.

I was really surprised hearing that because it was strange to me. This life, we need to take things easy. Being in a big position isn´t a means to treat others badly. No one knows tomorrow.

I really don't get some of these property owners sometimes. I don't know why owning will get to a person's head so much tat they start feeling like gods that can do and undo. interestingly, this happens a lot in student areas, quite sad

I love your post and I totally agree with you that we should always be kind and patient with people. But then there are peio that sometimes take our kindness for granted. What do you do when someone owes you rent for years upon years and is not showing any sign of paying?

I love your post my dear and I totally adhere to this, seriously it's good to be kind and patient.because there is a saying that says a patient dog eat the fattest bone though it might not be favourably to you, but nevermind because there can always be a way to succeed.
