(Edited)

Hey everyone, hope you are having a good day...

To be honest, it's kinda frustrating to stay at home 24/7 especially when you experience and heard the news that the situation is getting worst and no improvement still. I wonder how those people are feeling affected by CVID19. It must be hard for them.

Anyway, again I am here with 3 travel pictures to continue my challenge by @psos. Here are the details : Challenge - Stay home, share 3 travel photos, only you have to share 3 travel pictures of yours and use #travelathome.

This is my challenge day-3 and I am going to share 3 amazing images from my travel memory.

Kolkata Street, India

20180211_135113.jpg

Kolkata is one of the big cities of India which is also known as West Bengal. That means there are few similarities with Bangladesh and they also speak Bengali but in a different accent. This picture I have taken from Kolkata street, a traditional rickshaw which is still available in Kolkata. Basically, a rickshaw puller takes the passengers and takes them to their destiny by pulling the rickshaw and by walking. Pure physical labor work and no machinery. Still, some of the pullers didn't convert their rickshaw into the motor mechanism and they still prefer physical labor.

Interesting isn't it...

Evening View of Marina Bay Sands, Singapore...

I have written and mentioned many posts about Marina Bay Sands, One of the luxurious hotels of Singapore. It's most astounding character is that ship on the top of 3 columns style structure. That ship makes it different from other structures of the world. It's an iconic architectural project.

Lotus Temple, Delhi, India...

This temple is known as Lotus Temple which is situated in Delhi, India, Baháʼí House of Worship. The structure and landscape are amazing and many people visit there to see the temple. Obviously, people go there for prayers as well but it is now a tourist attraction place as well.

This is it for today, now time to go through my gallery for the next day. I hope I will be able to share some ideas for your next travel destination...

Sooner or later we will be able to travel again when the lockdown will be over.

Stay Home, Stay Safe...

I have relatives in Kolkata...I don't know any of them, but that's where my dad's parents were from. I assume there's distant relatives kicking about over there. I'll never know them though. About as close as I'll get to the place is your post I suppose, as I have no desire to go there.

I was born and raised here in Australia and was raised with no hint of the traditions or history from my dad's side...I'm an Aussie and that's all I want to be...I've had no desire to go to India although have been to Malaysia where my dad was born in the 1930's and it was good to see where he grew up. (His parents moved there before he was born). I'd be interested to read your post though so if you care to take the time that would be great. Feel free to tag me.

It's tough for so many people and the emotional strain is just as damaging as the financial pressure. I hope you find some way to keep yourself well.
