Below is how I made the art.

First I will design.

Then I will paint the face white and pink.

I will paint black between the eyes and eyebrows.

Then I will apply pink on the lips.

I will paint blue color in the hair of the character.

Finally I will paint the white purple in the hair on the character's head.

I hope you all will like my art. I tried my best to make the art. But I don't know how much you will like it.
